Empowering Students to Lead in Business, Society, and Sustainability

At the start of their academic journey, first-year students at the Armenian State University of Economics gathered for an inspiring panel on leadership, growth, and social impact. ArmeniaCorps’ founder Hayasa Tahmazyan joined the discussion to offer a candid perspective on navigating the social and business sectors.

The session aimed to provide both a reality check and a spark of motivation—grounded in lessons learned through experience.

Key takeaways from the talk included:

  • Your starting point doesn’t determine your destination. It’s the choices you make and the risks you take that shape your path.
  • Relationships fuel growth. Meaningful connections open doors to learning and collaboration.
  • You hold the power. Your present and future are in your hands—claim that agency and act on it.

These reflections reminded students that real progress begins with personal responsibility and a willingness to engage with others.

We extend our sincere thanks to Jennifer Tuman and the Armenian State University of Economics for hosting the event and allowing us to contribute to empowering the next generation of innovators and community leaders.
